As a tech enthusiast and content creator, I recently added the Nikon Z30 to my collection. Known for its compact design and vlogging capabilities, I was eager to put it to the test. After spending some time with the camera, I’m excited to share my experience, along with a few photos I captured during my first week with it.

Compact Design:The Nikon Z30 is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry around for both vlogging and photography. Despite its size, it feels sturdy in hand, and its grip is comfortable for long shoots.
Vlogging Capability:One of the major selling points of the Z30 is its ability to shoot 4K video with no crop, which is perfect for content creators like me. I also tested its autofocus and subject tracking in my vlogs—impressive to say the least.
Photography Experience:While it's geared toward video, the Z30 still excels in photography. Here are a few shots I captured with the Viltrox 56mm f/1.7 and 7artisans 12mm f/2.8 lenses, respectively:
